Policies
Terms
1. Who we are
Quid-Si works with a limited number of executive leadership teams each year. These terms govern the relationship between Quid-Si ("we", "us", "our") and any individual or organisation ("you", "the client") who engages our services or accesses our website.
2. Our services
Quid-Si designs and delivers immersive leadership experiences, workshops, and advisory engagements. The scope, format, and deliverables of each engagement are agreed in writing before work begins. We do not offer standard products — every engagement is tailored. No two engagements are identical, and this document does not override anything specifically agreed in your proposal or service agreement.
3. Enquiries and commitments
Completing a contact form or sending an enquiry does not create a binding agreement. A commitment only exists once both parties have confirmed the scope and terms in writing. We reserve the right to decline any engagement at our discretion.
4. Payment
Payment terms are outlined in your individual service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Late payment may result in a pause or cancellation of services. We do not offer refunds for work already delivered or for cancellations made within 14 days of a scheduled engagement.
5. Cancellation and rescheduling
We understand that priorities shift. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made in writing. Requests received more than 21 days before an engagement can be rescheduled at no additional cost. Requests received within 21 days may incur a fee of up to 50% of the agreed amount. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.
6. Confidentiality
We take confidentiality seriously — on both sides. We will not disclose information shared by you during an engagement to any third party without your explicit consent. We ask the same in return. Any materials, frameworks, or methodologies we share during an engagement remain the intellectual property of Quid-Si and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including copy, structure, frameworks, and visual materials — belongs to Quid-Si. You may not reproduce, adapt, or distribute any of it without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of liability
Our work is designed to create conditions for greater performance. Results depend on the actions and decisions of the client organisation. Quid-Si is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or business losses arising from the outcomes of an engagement. Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid for the relevant engagement.
9. Website use
This website is for informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate, but we do not warrant that all content is complete or current. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience only — we are not responsible for their content.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction — to be completed]. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of this website or our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Get in touch
